In particular, access to the private area for distributors is governed by Specific Terms and Conditions that are distinct and independent from Zennio’s General Terms of Sale for the distribution channel, as well as from the General Terms of Sale and Export applicable to clients or international projects.
These Specific Terms exclusively govern the use of restricted digital areas of the Website and must be expressly accepted by the User before placing any order, request, or engaging in any interaction with contractual significance. Zennio will retain sufficient electronic evidence of the User’s express consent through digital acceptance records (“double click”) and technical traceability mechanisms. Acceptance will be carried out in the language shown to the User at the time of registration, according to the options enabled by Zennio.

For any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Website — including private areas enabled for authorized distributors with credentialed access — the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Toledo (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, except where mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.
This Legal Notice shall remain in force indefinitely, from the time of its publication, until it is replaced by a new version.
